At Tapa Jaguar & Land Rover Engines, our refund and return policy is straightforward:
- **Final Sales**: All sales are final. We do not offer refunds.
- **Warranty Exchange**: In the event that an engine fails due to manufacturer defects, we provide a warranty exchange.
- **Coverage**: Our exchange policy covers up to $2,500 towards labor costs associated with the installation of the replacement engine.
- **Shipping Costs**: Shipping is included for the replacement engine, as well as for the return of the failed engine.
- **Inspection Process**: We will engage a third-party inspection company to evaluate the engine and its installation. This third-party will determine the cause of the failure.
- **Replacement Procedure**: If the assessment concludes that the engine needs to be replaced, we will arrange to collect the original engine. Once the original engine is in route, we will promptly ship out the replacement engine.
- **Return Policy** : TAPA will accept a return or exchanges on a defective product only within 30 Days.
