This is a remanufactured 2.0L Ingenium gasoline engine by Tapa Jaguar Land Rover Engines. It has been fully rebuilt to address and correct the common factory failure points, resulting in a more reliable and durable engine than the original.

COMMON INGENIUM FAILURE POINTS ADDRESSED:

• Premature Timing Chain & Guide Wear: The original plastic timing chain guides are a primary point of failure. We replace the problematic guides and chains with upgraded components to prevent catastrophic engine failure.
• Turbocharger Lubrication Issues: Oil starvation can lead to premature turbo failure. Our remanufacturing process ensures all oil passages are clear and that lubrication systems meet our rigorous standards.
• Piston and Oil Consumption Problems: We address issues related to piston rings and cylinder bores to eliminate the excessive oil consumption that plagues many of these engines.

OUR SOLUTION:

The Tapa remanufacturing process involves a complete teardown and inspection. Each engine is rebuilt with high-quality seals, bearings, and gaskets.
